We are the owner’s exclusive booking agent representing all of our listed luxury cayman villas. We only manage vacation villas on Grand Cayman that we have personally visited, inspected, and know intimately. Our company is 100% committed to making your Grand Cayman experience the best it can be. We are Cayman villa owners ourselves with a deep knowledge of the island’s best neighborhoods, restaurants, vendors, and local attractions. We belong to the Cayman Islands Tourism Association (CITA) and maintain strong relationships with the Cayman Island Department of Tourism. All of our villas are licensed and inspected.

Jim Leavitt
Villa Owner Partnerships
Jim first visited Grand Cayman on a dive trip in 1979. Ultimately building 3 homes on the island, Jim began part-time renting his homes as vacation rentals in 2000. He enjoyed the experience so much that he left his career on Wall Street to open Grand Cayman Villas & Condos (GCVC) in 2004.

Scott Naurath
Reservations & Sales
Scott has been visiting Grand Cayman since childhood beginning in 1972. Since then, he’s logged over 100 scuba dives all around Grand Cayman and the Caribbean. Scott’s local knowledge of the island helps us match guests with the perfect vacation villa.

Didi Templeman
Accounting
Didi Templeman was Jim’s first employee in 2008. Didi is an expert in bookkeeping and accounting and is available to speak with our guests and owners regarding any accounting issues, refundable damage deposits, trip cancellation insurance claims, etc.

Dan Asencios
eCommerce & Technology
Dan joined GCVC in 2017 as our head of technology and eCommerce. We needed to bring in-house our eCommerce and digital strategy as we grew and expanded the services the company would offer both guests and villa owners.

Bri Wilson
Web Design & Digital Marketing Associate
Bri joined GCVC in July of 2018 fresh out of James Madison University where she majored in Media Arts and Design. Bri was hired to bring our web design in-house along with our digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and PPC campaigns.

Ran joined GCVC in 2017 after graduating from Christopher Newport University in Virginia with a degree in theatre and acting. Ran coordinates the guest-booking process from the original reservation all the way to arrival on island.

Silver Thatch Guest Services Manager
Emily leads our guest services team on the island at our Silver Thatch Welcome Center. She manages the office and keeps an inventory of our complimentary items.
