After you’ve been traveling all day the last thing you want to do is shop for groceries. We have 3 grocery delivery vendors and can match you with the best fit in order to have groceries stocked in your home upon arrival.
Welcome Amenity Basket
Arrive to your home and enjoy a welcome basket from us. This welcome amenity includes a spilt of champagne, local food items, jams, crackers, and more! These baskets are our way of saying thank you for your business.
Don’t worry about cleaning up. We offer mid-week (at a minimum) housekeeping to our Platinum guests staying a week or more. Additional housekeeping, laundry, or attendant services are available for a reasonable hourly rate.
Luxury Linens & Robes
We want you to experience a spa level of luxury in the bath and bedroom. All of our platinum villas are stocked with bath soaps, shampoos, lotions, and robes in the master suites.
At-Villa Meet & Greet
You’ll be greeted at the villa by your on-island property manager. He or she will tour you and answer any questions you have about the villa. Your manager is also available to you during your vacation should there be any maintenance/housekeeping issues or requests.
You will have all of your villa and reservation information in a personalized itinerary. WiFi and alarm codes, manager phone number/email, emergency information and technology equipment links/guides will all be included.
