We provide up front pricing so you are never surprised by hidden costs or fees. All credit card payments are processed in the US to avoid foreign transaction fees.

No-Obligation Hold

All guests receive our exclusive 48 hour no-obligation hold on reservations. After booking a property, we block your dates & email you a rental contract to sign within 48 hours. If you don’t return the contract, your dates simply roll off the calendar.

Friendly Cancellation Policy

Unlike our competition, we offer a guest-friendly cancellation policy that refunds rent, taxes, & fees under certain conditions. Our hurricane cancellation policy is also the most generous throughout the Caribbean.
