Third Floor
Completed in 2023, SeaDreams is Grand Cayman's newest boutique condo with panoramic tropical views of Seven Mile Beach.
Built into the raw ironshore, SeaDreams lacks a sandy beachfront. The property does have a walkway to the ocean with railed stairs for water access on days with calm seas. Ideal for experienced swimmers with pool shoes or snorkel fins for foot protection. Otherwise, a better beach experience awaits a short walk down the road at West Bay Beach.
There you will find a laid-back white sand beach with easy water entry and a snorkeling reef just offshore. Public bathrooms, showers, restaurants, and dive operators can be found along the beach as well.
Each corner unit condo is identically designed featuring three-bedroom suites, open-concept living areas, oceanfront balconies, gourmet kitchens, plus modern decor and furniture throughout.
SeaDreams was designed as an excellent vacation rental value with many common areas provided.
Access to a shared oceanfront pool, heated spa, and rooftop lounge is reserved for owners and guests exclusively. Elevators service every floor except the rooftop which requires walking up a flight of stairs.
On a clear day, you will enjoy 360-degree elevated island views from high atop the building. Sunset views are equally breathtaking whether you are taking in the view from your private balcony, or immersed in the heated spa.
SeaDreams #5 is a third-floor condo with walk-out access to a furnished, glass-railed balcony with elevated oceanfront views. With only four condos in the rental program, your privacy is assured.
1X Mid-week housekeeping is included (min. 7-day stay req. / must schedule with local manager).

- Primary Suite: king bed, oceanfront views, television, walk-out access to the furnished balcony, closet, ensuite with shower.
- Queen Suite: queen bed, television, ensuite with shower bath.
- Twin Suite: two twin beds, island views, television, ensuite with shower; twin beds can be fitted to a king upon request.
High-speed fiber wifi, cable televisions, and central air conditioning will keep you cool and connected during your stay. Uniquely coded keyless entry deadbolts are programmed for your security.
A full kitchen along with cookware, glassware, flatware, and cutlery are all provided.
All linens, and both bath and beach towels are provided. Four beach chairs are also included during your stay.
Many restaurants, watersports, and resorts are within a 5-10 minute drive from SeaDreams. Taxi service is easy to hire but can get expensive.

Enjoyable Stay!
The hosts did an excellent job in communicating the instructions for the condo so that everything went smoothly during check-in. They also did a fantastic job at preparing the condo to have it absolutely spotless for when we arrived. The condo was extremely clean (you could tell they had done a very thorough and deep clean and didn’t miss a single spot). We were also happy to see that the condo was true to the photos we saw online (the condo was actually even nicer in real life). It was really very luxurious in every way and having breakfast out on the balcony was great. SeaDreams will definitely be our first choice when we come back to the Cayman Islands in the future. Thank you again to the SeaDreams team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Favorite Place to Stay
Sea Dreams 5 is my new favorite place to stay on GC. The view is amazing. Porch is great. It has everything you could want. We will definitely return.

Ideal Place to Rest and Reset
SeaDreams #5 Condo was amazing. We were looking for a peaceful relaxing place to rest and reset and this was the ideal place to do so. With the beaches, snorkeling, swimming, grocery store nearby we had everything we needed to just hunker down in this beautiful setting. The condo itself was well equipped, so tasteful and we could not get enough of the large windows and spacious balcony. We spent so much of our time sitting, reading, eating, and gazing from the balcony. The king bed was very comfortable and the bedding was quality. On calmer days, snorkeling right off the property was a highlight as well as Cemetary Beach - a must go to! It was easy working with Grand Cayman Villas and Condos. We hope to return to this place someday! A special thank you to the owners of the condo for making this available.

Loved Our Stay
Beautiful condo, extremely clean, nicely stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and seating in the living room and balcony, nice quality toiletries provided. Three beach chairs and 5 sets of snorkeling gear also provided. We loved the pool & hot tub and having coffee each morning on the balcony while enjoying the amazing view. The West Bay Area was great, not too touristy but close drive to everything on Seven Mile Beach, including favorite restaurants Bonny Moon and dining at the Kimpton Hotel. We also loved Nova and Vivo for dinner, both very close to the condo. We didn’t walk anywhere due to the lack of sidewalks. We took taxis (definitely more expensive than Uber in the states but we were too nervous to drive) and also used the “bus” (vans) that came by the condo frequently, only $2.50 per ride. Loved our stay overall and hope to return!

Perfect Family Getaway
Seadreams #5 - A Perfect Family Getaway in Grand Cayman! We recently stayed at Seadreams #5 for a week with our family, including our baby, and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. This unit was thoughtfully designed, combining comfort and style to create a perfect retreat for both adults and little ones. The amenities were exceptionally well-stocked, from the kitchen essentials to the provided baby gear, which made traveling with an infant so much easier. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights for everyone. The decor was modern and trendy, yet still managed to feel cozy and inviting. But the real highlight? The stunning view. Waking up to the sight of the turquoise waters and feeling the breeze from the balcony was simply breathtaking. This unit truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone traveling to Grand Cayman—especially families. Thank you for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Wonderful Stay for our Girl's Trip
Wonderful stay for our girl's trip. The unit is spectacular with amazing sunset views. We were able to snorkel directly off the rocks in front of the unit, even sighting a nurse shark! Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Host was responsive with questions and concerns. We will definitely be returning!

This is an extremely nice condo with an incredible view. Super convenient for driving to the dive boat pickups near west bay and a short drive to Macabuca shore diving.

Wonderful!
Sea Dreams 5 offered us a solid foundation for a great vacation. The check in was a breeze. The condo was extremely clean and well equipped. We cooked most meals for our family of 5 and found plenty of plates, cookware, glasses and other meal prep items, all in excellent condition. Next, location is ideal. You do need a car but you are very close to everything you might need. Excellent supermarkets, including Foster’s and Kirk’s. Snorkel spots? Check! You are about a 3 minute drive to Cemetery Beach, a great beach with pretty good and easy snorkeling. Also, right off the property itself is very good snorkeling, though the access is a bit more challenging than Cemetery Beach. There’s a fun place, Heritage Kitchen, that serves delicious fish and sometimes bbq. It’s about 4 minutes away. Their place is very casual and the food very good. The condo itself is laid out well and the balcony is sooo relaxing! Not to mention the pool and hot tub which was never crowded. The staff, especially Mayner go above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable and have a great experience. In short, we thought the place was a key ingredient for our relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Be Sure to Come Here!
Apartment is brand new, and everything is perfect: amenities, cleanliness, ambiance, contact. The location is not on the 7-mile beach, but the swimming pool, the snorkeling right in front of the apartment and the barbecue on the roof compensates for this. If in Cayman again, be sure to come here!

Balcony was our favorite!
Fantastic views and location! Four teenagers and two weary parents had plenty of room to spread out. The balcony was our favorite. We also enjoyed the pool and rooftop. We even managed to snorkel off property on a calm day- so fun! Clean and well appointed condo. Thank you for sharing this space!

Hands Down The Best!
Hands down one of theeee best Penthouse Condos i’ve been in. Views were amazing, waking up to those waves was so serene every morning. The hosts were also excellent with many recommendations including chefs, places to visit, restaurants& boat rental or snorkel info. Truly a great time & will be coming back here again! A++

Already Miss it!
After a stressful seven hour flight delay for an hour flight, our property manager, Maynor, assured us that our groceries and snorkel equipment were already in the condo and ready for our use. The attention to detail was truly appreciated. The icing on the cake, was walking in to the condo and being amazed at how it exceeded our expectations, especially the views. Absolutely breathtaking. Even the critical teenagers were impressed. The condo was well stocked, even with a linen closet full of extra towels and bedding. Plenty of hangers in the closets, as well. We really only cooked breakfast and reheated leftovers, but found the kitchen well-appointed. We appreciated the plastic and glass wine glasses! Two different coffee makers, for your preferences. We all had different opinions on the comfort of the beds, so again personal preference. Definitely close the blinds in the twin bedroom as the morning sun is HOT. The location was perfect for us. Close to Cemetery Beach, our horseback riding excursion and the snorkeling/diving at Cracked Conch. We did have a rental car, which made it easy to explore. The snorkeling right off the condo was relaxing, not as varied as other spots, but enjoyable. Our only concern was that the jets to the hot tub were not functioning (or we did not know how to work them.) I have every confidence this will be attended to for future stays. Would love to stay again, it was truly wonderful. I am already missing breakfast on the balcony.

Best Experience!
Our family agrees that this was one of our favorite family trips ever! The condo was absolutely beautiful (even better than the photos) with AMAZING views. The kitchen was perfectly set up for cooking with a grocery store 5 minutes away. There were ample soap supplies for the laundry and the kitchen and each bathroom had speciality shampoo and conditioner. The beds were so comfortable and fitted with gorgeous linens and pillows. And, there were plenty of towels and chairs for the beach. Our host, Louise, from Grand Cayman Villas was extremely responsive and welcoming even leaving a very thoughtful welcome gift. I don’t think we’ve ever had a better experience. We will definitely be back. A perfect home away from home!!

WOW!
We spent 6 nights in this STUNNING new condo. Unobstructed panoramic views and glorious sunsets. The condo is beautifully appointed. Super comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. We either walked 5 min. to the nearest beach or relaxed at the pool followed by sundowners on the patio. Highly recommend this condo for a WOW vacation.

SeaDreams is protected by an ironshore bluff and shoreline.
For a true beach experience, with sandy sunbathing and barefoot swimming, head to nearby West Bay Beach, a short drive or a 5-minute walk east. Four complimentary beach chairs are provided for each condo for your enjoyment at the beach.
For the snorkelers in your group, complimentary snorkel gear and Seaview boards are provided during your stay. On calm days, a pathway over the ironshore leads to an ocean ladder for water entry to swim and explore the sea.
If the waters are choppy, we suggest snorkeling at Cemetery Reef or West Bay Beach, both nearby.
For excursions, including fishing, SCUBA, or private snorkel charters, guests can rely on our hospitality team to coordinate reservations prior to arrival. Your group can be collected at either the West Bay public dock or the Cayman Islands Yacht Club.

Rate Details
- All rates are in US$.
- 13% Occupancy Tax is added to all rates
- 10% Guest Service Fee is added to all rates
- Departure Cleaning Fee is added to all rates.
- A Refundable Damage Deposit is required for all stays.
- The Refundable Deposit is returned to guests 7 business days after departure pending inspection for damages.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.

- Save 20% on a last-minute stay within 45 days of arrival with promo code LASTMINUTE. 5 nights minimum stay required. No blackout dates apply. Offer cannot be combined with other discounts.
- Free 7th Night: Book a 7-night stay and pay for only 6 nights with promo code STAY7. Applies to new reservations for stays between May 7 - November 7, 2025. Promo code cannot be combined with other offers.
Booking Rules
- 3-night minimum required year-round.
- 5-night minimum required over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's week.
- Winter holidays are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
- Check-in is 3:00 pm.
- Check-out is 10:00 am.
- Guests must be 23 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.
Deposit Policy
- When booking outside of 60 days from arrival, half of the total Rent is required at booking to secure your dates.
- The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- If booking within 60 days from arrival, the total reservation amount is due at booking.
