Tranquil nights, clear waters, and sunny beachfront living await at this fabulous island retreat.
Spanning 5,200 sq. ft., Crystal Waters sits directly oceanfront on a 200-foot wide barefoot beach in Cayman Kai. With 2 bedrooms on the lower level and 4 bedrooms upstairs, Crystal Waters can sleep 12 guests comfortably.
The enclosed oceanfront sunporch spans the entire width of the home's lower level, allowing guests to enjoy sweeping ocean views from the kitchen and living areas.
The living room is equipped with an entertainment hub featuring a large wall-mounted satellite television, surround sound audio system and DVD player.
The beachfront pool deck, built in 2017, features a shallow Baja shelf with four submerged chaise lounges, a poolside veranda with outdoor seating, and an oversized beach deck with sectional lounge seating. Pool heat is available for a $250 weekly surcharge.
The wider lot allows the owner to offer plenty of privacy while also being conveniently located in Cayman Kai. Seldom will you see anyone walk by your beach during the week, as direct beach access is not nearby.

Location is paramount for Crystal Waters. This wonderful Caribbean villa is a 1-minute walk from the Kaibo Yacht Club and restaurant. The Kaibo offers watersport rentals, a beach bar & grill, take-out pizza, and a coffee shop. There's also a fine dining restaurant upstairs.
Beach lovers will want to visit Starfish Point, a short 5-minute walk west, and the famous Rum Point Club, a 10-minute walk north.
Guests can rent single or tandem kayaks and standup paddleboards at deeply discounted rates with free delivery.

Renewed and Revitalized
Great space! We loved it so much that we didnt want to leave and go back to USA. The views are spectatcular! The pool was refreshingly awesone. There was enough space t hang out and more than enough space when we needed alone time. We leave this place and Grand Cayman with full bellies, full souls, and fuller hearts. We are renewed and revitalized!

Perfect Setting for a Special Week
What a joy to have such a perfect setting for a special week with our entire family. 6 adults, 3 grand children, loving all the cool starfish, stingrays, and pout pout fishes we saw. This was our 1st time to the Caymans and it was so much fun! Thank you!

A week in Paradise
Beautiful location, straight onto the beach. The house is perfect for a larger family and has everything you need and more! Location very quiet. Not many restaurants close by. Grocery shopping limited. The coffee shop at Kaibo is a great start to your morning. I would certainly recommend a visit to Grand Cayman. Overall we all had a fabulous week.

Beautiful beach location and comfortable for our group. Lots of starfish on the beach and even some lionfish under the dock! The sunsets were amazing and we were within walking distance to Kaibo and a short drive to Rum Point! 10/10

We love Crystal Waters!
Our 2nd time here. We are a family of 10 adults and 1 baby. Last time here our daughter got engaged and this time she brought her baby. We will be back! This place has everything you would need. Great updates with the kitchen etc. We love Crystal Waters!

Crystal Waters
Wonderful house on the beach. Across the street from Kaibo Marina and a few blocks from Rum Point. Easy ocean kayak to Star fish beach. The North end shuts down for September so we had the North end to ourselves. However, many of the restaurants and activities were closed.

PERFECTION!!
What a perfect location for our college friend reunion! We enjoyed the privacy of the beach, dock and pool as well as the close proximity to starfish point and rum point. Loved the \'quiet\' part of the island and calm cove on a couple windy days. All in all, perfection and can\'t wait to return!

Ideal for Large Groups
The property is ideal for large groups. We usage for a family of 11 ranging from age 5 to 71. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. The remainder of the house is spectacular with ocean, front property and an infinity pool. There are multiple seating areas the kitchen is state of the art. I couldn?t imagine a better place for a family reunion.

Respite!
we loved Crystal Waters, the beach, dock, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, turtles, stingrays and more! Our snorkel charter with Warren at Silver Thatch was outstanding. On the charter we saw and fed the stingrays, swa lobsters and corals and hundreds of fish.Amazing respite from snowy Wisconsin.

What a great experience staying almost 2 weeks at Crystal Waters villa here in the Cayman Islands.
Hi;We stopped at the Silver Thatch reception area and they were all ready for us with lots of good ideas?we picked up the snorkel gear and arranged for the rental of a kayak and paddle board that were delivered the next day,Upon opening the door to the Crystal Waters villa?our party of 7 could only say WOW?what a beautiful villa?lots of space for all of yus?with one bedroom as an extra?the kitchen was well appointed (we mainly cooked in) and the pool and area were superb.Penni stopped by and was super helpful in telling us restaurants, shopping and other helpful tips?we had a tiny maintenance issue that was dealt with expediantly and to our satisfaction?her love of her job and the island was infectious and we so enjoyed the visits that she made to the villa.We booked a morning of snorkelling and a visit to the Stingray Beach and the boat was excellent and the staff was helpful and enjoyable to travel withIn the end the 7 of us are leaving her on Thursday after 13 days of a remarkable vacation and thanks to all who contributed to that,.

Spectacular Villa in Paradise
This is our second stay in Crystal Waters. This villa is spectacular. The upgrades by the current owner have made it even better. The house is fully equipped with every convenience which you may need. Our family of 11( 6 adults and 5 children)enjoyed the living space and amenities. The outdoor sitting space, beautiful pool, and sand area are so comfortable and inviting. The villa has its own dock from which the Silver Thatch dinner cruise picked up our family. The location on Cayman Island is perfect for a family being near Rum Point , Kaibo, and Starfish Bay.Our arrival was made easy and efficient by the helpful pre- instructions from Grand Cayman rental. The property manager Penni, with whom we worked on both visits, is so responsive, professional, cordial, and efficient that you have the confidence of always having things taken care of promptly , if needed. We will definitely return for a family vacation to this lovely villa, and we are already looking to a future date.

We Were Captivated!!
Our large family travels to Grand Cayman a lot so we have stayed in multiple big homes, always on the beach and with a pool. Hands down, Crystal Waters is our favorite. From the moment we walk in the front door and see the expanse of windows highlighting the blue seas, we are captivated. Everything is shimmering white inside the home, so inviting and uplifting. There are many private areas both inside and outside to relax, and plenty of room to stretch out. A big and unique pool has fun water chairs and a shallow area for little ones. We love walking literally across the street for chocolate breakfast croissants, coffee, rum drinks, mudslides and yummy food. The reopening of Rum Point will add another dimension of fun.

Beautiful Oceanfront Villa
Crystal Waters was everything we expected it to be. The kitchen remodel is beautiful. Bedrooms were spacious . 10 of us found plenty of space to enjoy. We arrived during a tropical downpour which caused much debris in the pool. One call to the property manager(Penni) and pool cleaners came out. Penni was responsive to all questions and needs. Great place to celebrate our 50th anniversary.

Spectacular
The property was spectacular. There were 10 of us celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. House was lovely. Penni the property manager was very helpful. The villa and beach were as pictured. Lots of room for 10 people to relax. Private Chef Carlos cooked fabulous dinner. Chartered a boat to Stingray City, went to Crystal Caves, paddle boarded and kayaked from the shore. Highly recommend this place.

100% Pure Relaxation
I cannot say enough about how amazing Crystal Waters was. If you are looking for nightlife and shopping and busyness on vacation this might not be the place for you; but if you are looking for 100% pure relaxation look no further! Everything about the property was as amazing as pictured. The pool was beautiful, the beach was vast and the dock was the perfect place for morning coffee and yoga. The bedrooms were all well sized with only 2 rooms sharing a bathroom. All bathrooms were stocked with amenities we would need for the week. We rented Silver Thatch kayaks and paddle boards for the week and it was great to just have them there when we arrived. We also took advantage of the charter to Stingray City and Snorkeling and had a fantastic time. As we were leaving we all wished we had just a few more days. The only problem I have is all future vacations may pale to compare to this one!

Great time!!
We booked our villa months ago for our trip last week. The booking was easy. Everyone we worked with to book the house and boat charter were wonderful! Scott, Didi, and Ran...explained everything well, responded promptly, and were a pleasure to work with. Once we arrived on island our property manager, Penni, met us onsite to check us in and walk us through the property. There were a few small things that needed to be addressed with maintenance in the first couple days we were there. Penni was on top of it!! Very responsive to our needs and had repair people out within 24 hours. I can’t say enough about the service from all of them! The house....WOW!!! This property was everything they advertised and more! Very luxurious and clean! Situated perfectly...for quick trips to Kaibo Yacht Club, coffee, drinks, dinner, and boat charter pick up. The sunsets were amazing from the patio and pool! We loved having the dock too! Fun snorkeling, swimming, laying in the sun, kayaking and paddle boarding. Morning walks to starfish point... We loved the island! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great place for a larger family
Our stay was terrific. We have been to the Caymans three times and we\'ve rented from Grand Cayman Villas the last two and we have been very happy. We have a young family and we really love being on the Rum Point side of the island, it is quiet and the keys with your own beach is very nice. Penny who greeted us on our arrival was fantastic and extremely responsive (even on holidays). Like any house there will be minor things that need to be addressed from time to time, but Penny was extremely helpful and I can\'t say enough positive things abt her. The addition of the pool to this property was great and the kids spent lots of time in there. We will be returning to the island and we will book through Grand Cayman Villas again.

Perfect Property
Great property and very well out-fitted for kids aged 5 - 70! Penni the property manager was excellent, very responsive and extremely accommodating. Perfect spot to make memories that will last a life time! Do\'s: try a mudslide, try the jerk chicken at Rum Point, try the coconut fish curry at Kaibo Beach Club. Don\'ts: take the starfish out of the water, get sun greedy, be scared of the string rays. Looking forward to coming back!!

Magical Week
What a magical week! Loved every moment in this house! Mom and kids got certified with Silver Thatch Water Sports. George was amazing and so flexible with our flight delays. Can\'t wait to come back! The house with all the views, sunsets in the dark, and relaxing on our private beach made these memories long lasting.

Great Layout!
Beautiful layout with pool and oceanfront. Calm water. Enjoyed BBQing, cooking chicken curry and making Pina Coladas! Stayed with friends here and made lasting memories. Easy access to Cayman Ferries to visit Camana Bay & Seven Mile Beach. All the kids had a blast with the spacious set up. Hope to return one day soon. We\'ll miss all the iguanas.

Family Vacation at Crystal Waters
Our group, which consisted of two families, had a wonderful week-long stay at Crystal Waters in February. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. The house was very spacious and clean with plenty of amenities. The kids enjoyed the game room upstairs and the kitchen was well-equiped. But the outdoor spaces of Crystal Waters is where we spent most of our time. There were so many areas to relax and enjoy the Cayman sun and water that we often couldn\'t decide where to spend our time! The kids loved fishing from the dock, kayaking & paddle boarding (provided by the Villa), and swimming in the pool. Other highlights of our time there include two personal chef-prepared dinners served outdoors on the large dining table (one with Chef Lloyd and one with Rosie Parris), a snorkeling and sting ray city charter with Captain Joe from Silver Thatch, several dinners at Tukka, floating in the water right outside our back door and lounging in the shade under the palm trees. The sound system at the house is also a great addition. The location of the house couldn\'t be better with Kaibo across the street and walking distance to Starfish Point. We were able rent bicycles across the street for our entire stay and enjoyed riding bikes each day. We couldn\'t ask for a better villa for our vacation.

Crystal Waters
House was great and property manager very responsive to our inquiries . One problem was that the booking information we received from you had the name of the property but not the numbered street address. There is no Crystal Waters sign and we and others had trouble finding the house. We have been going to the Caribbean for many years and this is the best house we ever stayed in. It was great having kayaks and paddle boards.

Paradise Found
I can\'t say enough great things about this property. We were a group of 16 that had to have an overflow house about a 5 min drive down the road but the majority of all of our time was spent at at the house. It is remote enough to enjoy seclusion and quiet but close enough to have conveniences. There is not a large grocery store close so that was tough but we made a few runs for necessary items and the close small store. There are a couple close restaurants that are decent but we were there for the outside not the food. You are within walking distance to Starfish Point and Rum Point and Kiabo Yacht club. We did a private charter through Grand Caymans Villas to StingRay City, snorkeling off Rum Point and a drop off for a drink at Camana Bay. The house was spacious enough for all of us to spread out. We used the media room for a small child which is attached to another bedroom. Each room downstairs has its own thermostat, which was a nice addition. The house has everything you need. Snorkels and fins, floats for the pool, sand toys for the beach, 2 paddleboards, 2 kayaks and endless outdoor and indoor seating. We had a couple maintenance issues with the hammocks (which are hung too low to enjoy) and the fans but they weren\'t a necessary part of our vacation. The open space for eating and entertaining worked great for our size group. The dock was also nice to catch a breeze when it felt a little stagnant. You do have to really watch for jelly fish in this area because they are everywhere. We saw tons of marine life while snorkeling off the shore in front of the house, including a stingray. We used pack and plays and high chairs and coolers from the property management for free which was a great perk. It was nice to not have to pack all that stuff. All in all this was a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Outstanding Family Experience

Absolutely stunning
Our family of 6 stayed in this house for a week, and loved every moment. During the booking process, I had several questions and they were always answered in a timely manner. The property manager was amazing, she was waiting for us upon arrival with a lovely welcome basket which included juices, wine, rum cake, etc. She even emailed us during our stay to make sure everything was going ok. The house was absolutely lovely with the most stunning views of the ocean. The house was extremely clean, beds comfy and had every thing we could have possibly needed. We enjoyed the beautiful, brand new pool daily and it\'s even lovelier at night with all the lights. Couple of kayaks were included which we enjoyed paddling over to Starfish Point. The location is in a quiet area which we really enjoyed and we loved the convenience of walking over to Kaibo for dinner. I would highly recommend this property.

AMAZING
Amazing is the word I would use to sum up our trip. From start to finish it was the best vacation. The property is so well equipped with everything you need. The views are just unbelievable. The new pool is where we spent most of our time and watching the sunrise on the new dock. Such a great place to relax and unwind. This place does not disappoint. Can\'t wait for our return visit.

The Perfect Dream House
Everything about this house is stunning, including the warm hospitality of the owner. This home will not disappoint, it is clean, spacious, comfortable and the owner has thought of every detail that guests will need. The pool is gorgeous, several kayaks, life jackets, and paddle boards are provided. The master bedroom views of the beach and ocean are breathtaking. Rum Point and Kaibo restaurant are all an easy walk away. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The owner even checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. I would book this home again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Great House. Great Space. Great Location.
We stayed on Rum Point for family reunion with ~ 30 members during Spring Break. Though we all didn’t stay at the Crystal Waters property, this house was perfect for the formal gatherings. There was plenty of comfortable space in the kitchen/main area for visiting, eating and even dancing. The master bedroom was amazing. I could definitely wake up to that view every day. The other bedrooms upstairs were great as well. The 2nd BR upstairs had its own access to the outdoor rooftop patio and view of the water. The 3rd inner BR upstairs is perfect for a family. The one bonus/game room doubles as an extra bedroom, though if the partition is closed, there is no direct access to bathroom. The bonus room has a cool multi-sectional couch set. It is durable furniture pieces that serve as couch, chair, single or double bedrooms. Highly functional! The downstairs bedrooms are great too, with the one BR with sliding doors out to inside patio, overlooking the water. The property had just about everything you would want for outdoor activities including kayaks, paddle boards, hammocks, bocce ball, snorkel gear, life vests and a pier for fishing. A pool would have been nice (I understand that one is scheduled to be built), but it didn’t’ keep us from having a great time. The only thing missing was a couple of bicycles. The views of the back patio were peaceful and beautiful. The patio table was great for outdoor breakfasts and dinners. The outside speakers were a nice touch. The location is right across from the Kaibo Yacht Club and walking distance from Starfish Point. It’s also very close to the beach at Rum Point. The only minor issue we had was a leak in the ice machine, but the team was exceptionally responsive and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. Over the course of the week, we all talked about how perfect the house was for our trip. We had a blast and I would totally stay there again.

Crystal Waters perfect for my family of 11
As first timers on the Cayman Islands my family of 6 adults and 5 grandchildren were more than pleased and excited with the 5,200 sq ft house called Crystal Waters we rented from a very delightful couple (the Purton’s) across from Kibo restaurant and marina. We have taken our family on many vacations but this house and this island is the best we have ever experienced.

Rate Details
- 13% Occupancy Tax added to all rates.
- 12.90% Villa Concierge & Service Fee added to all rates.
- A Departure Cleaning Fee is required for all stays.
- A refundable damage deposit is required for all stays.
- Refundable damage deposits will be returned to the guest 7 days after departure pending any damages.
Booking Rules
- 6 nights minimum during most of the year.
- 7 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Christmas and New Year's.
- Unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.
- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire regarding your travel dates before booking.
- Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
