Kai Cove is a newly renovated beachfront home within the exclusive Cayman Kai area near Rum Point. Blending beach house vibes with Balinese decor, Kai Cove's redesign has been profiled in Real Life Caribbean, a luxury lifestyle magazine.
This stunning home features a new waterfront pool with a veranda lounge plus a private dock for rented jet skis or a boat. Book a charter to Stingray City and request dock service to collect your party from the home's dock.
Nestled on a white sandy beach, Kai Cove is perfect for children looking to play in the sand, or just long afternoons spent lounging by the water. Pool heat is available as an option for US$25 per day.
Both Rum Point Club and the Kaibo Marina are just a short walk away. Guests can pop out for watersport activities, day trips to Camana Bay on the ferry, or enjoy drinks and lunch on the beach.
Kai Cove's 4-bedroom configuration sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Infants under 2 sleeping in cribs or pack-n-plays do not count towards occupancy. Three bedrooms are in the main house with an adjoining guest bedroom and bathroom, safely accessible from the back deck or front door. The Floor Plan depicts the full layout.

Fabulous Villa Family Get Together
We had a fabulous 8 night stay at this villa. We had 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space for all. Highly recommend this villa, it’s beautifully decorated and has everything you need. I’d recommend getting the pool heated and renting kayaks and paddleboards. We will be back again!

Miss Patrice - Best Manager!!!
I just got back from a girls birthday week at Kai Cove and it was fantastic! There are 4 bedrooms, each with its own full bath. I stayed in the room separate from the main house, which I loved, but I did have to cut through the bedroom attached via deck and outdoor bathroom in order to access the house. You’ll want to be good close friends with whoever stays in that room, which I was so we had no problems whatsoever. The other 2 bedrooms on the other side of the house are definitely the best! If you want a soaker tub, choose the one upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and untensils, immaculate and larger than it looks in the pictures. The living room has the best most comfy sofa that accommodated all 4 of us easily and the half bath was very useful. The downfall for us was the weather, over which no one has control. Record low temps and 30+ mph winds were seriously disappointing BUT we did decide last minute on heating the pool. It saved our trip. Patrice was AMAZING ❤️

So Peaceful
Kai Cove is an absolutely stunning property. Our family of four vacationed with another family of three and we had an amazing time. The heated pool came in very handy during the first three rainy days and you can’t beat the location if you want someplace that is quiet and private on the island. We also had direct access bioluminescent Bay, which was absolutely amazing to see at night and very peaceful for kayaking and paddle boarding during the day.

Great House For Family Vacation!
The house is great for a family vacation (we were 7 adults and two infants). Plenty of room for all the couples to have their own bedrooms and privacy. I would note that one of the bedrooms is in a detached structure and, while you can access the main house via a sidewalk and the front door, it is also accessible by walking through one of the bedrooms. The pool is great and we would recommend getting it heated, as it is a little shaded and can be cool this time of year. The beach is quiet and you can experience the bioluminescence bay right out the back door. This does attract more boat traffic at night, but they are generally very quiet and have their lights turned off so they aren't a bother. Lots of jellyfish, so be aware! The location is pretty far from the larger grocery stores and restaurants, so you will definitely need a car to experience the island. Overall would recommend!

Beautiful Home with Spectacular View
Kai Cove is a beautiful home and with a spectacular view. I would have given it all 5 stars but the fourth bathroom is a completely outdoor bathroom and we don’t think that was clearly communicated. It would have large bugs in it because it was outdoors. Aside from that - everything was fantastic. The pool was clean and refreshing. We had snorkel gear and kayaks. The bedrooms were also very comfortable. Great home!!

Lovely Home
Kai Cove is a lovely home in a quiet location that was perfect for our relaxing family vacation. The bioluminesence in the bay was spectacular and the sky at night was so peaceful. Somewhat limited food options around so we would suggest stocking up on the way there.

Fantastic Home
What a fantastic home! Everything a vacationing family could want. The back porch, pool, and yard (actually a beach) was where we spent all of our time when in the house. Views are beautiful. Great for kids. Location is walkable to everything on North Side -- Rum Point, Kaibo (with early morning coffee shop), Starfish Point. Drive ~30 min. to East Side, ~45 min. to/from airport, ~1 hour to 7 Mile Beach area. Complimentary cooler, Apple TV, snorkel equipment, portable Bluetooth speaker. Host was very responsive to anything. Highly recommended!

Great for our Party
Kai Cove worked great for our party, ages six months to 70+. The place was recently renovated, and a pool was installed between our booking and travel dates. The shallow end of the pool was perfect for our toddler. We picked up groceries at Foster\'s on our way and cooked most of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We also took advantage of Jacques Scott\'s free delivery for alcoholic beverages and rented some baby/toddler items from Tourin\' Tots (who also delivered). We appreciated being on the \"quiet\" side of the island but also liked having the option to walk to Rum Point and Kaibo restaurants and Starfish Point. This place is located on a bioluminescent bay, which was fun to view from the dock at night. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again if we returned to the Cayman Islands.

You Won't Regret It!
From the moment we arrived at Grand Cayman Villas and Condos, we were completely blown away. The grounds were absolutely breathtaking, with lush landscaping and a picture-perfect beachfront setting. Every detail of the property was immaculate—the facilities were spotless, and the villa itself was even better than the photos (which we didn’t think was possible!).The home was so luxurious and well-appointed that we truly felt like royalty. Every comfort was considered, and we felt welcomed and well-accommodated from start to finish. The common spaces were perfect for spending quality time with family and friends, whether we were lounging by the waterfront, relaxing by the pool, or just enjoying the incredible views.Without a doubt, I would book another week here over any hotel stay. The experience was truly unparalleled, and this was, without question, the best place I have ever stayed. Above and beyond
We stayed at SeaCove for 9 days and do not have a single negative thing to say except we wish we could have stayed longer. The villa was beautiful, well stocked, quiet and in a great location - the online pictures do not do it justice. The support staff went above and beyond. We have used GC Villas in the past a few times and have never had an issue. This trip due to a winter storm, our flights were cancelled going home so we needed a place to stay. The people at GC Villas, Jim/Ran/Scott/Penny, could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They always responded to emails within minutes and allowed us to stay the few extra days. Work was being done on a nearby waterline in RumPoint and Penny the property manager also stopped by to make sure we were not affected. Silver Thatch had our kayaks and paddle boards ready to go before we arrived. Hopefully we get the chance to stay at SeaCove again and we will absolutely use Grand Cayman Villas in the future.

The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman.
The cove-front homes in Cayman Kai offer calm serene water for docking a rental boat, permitting charter boat pick-up, or just safe shallow water for little children to play in at water's edge.
Adults won’t want to swim in the cove. The water is shallow and has a soft muddy bottom. There is no reef here but we do see the occasional turtle, eagle ray, or tarpon swim by in the shallows. The white sand beach at Rum Point is available and open to the public for swimming.
General Grand Cayman Beach Notes
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically “public” since the Crown owns up to the high water mark.
The shoreline behind your property may vary seasonally. Be advised, that the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to weather. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. It is VERY RARE in the Cayman Kai cove.
Our owners do make efforts to remove sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.

Booking Rules
- 5 nights minimum stay required year-round.
- 7 nights minimum are required over Christmas and New Year's week.
- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
- Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
- Must be 25 or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
