Enjoy unparalleled curated privacy from the moment you step through the entry gate and into the lush gardens surrounding this grand 4-bedroom villa with a 1-bedroom guest cottage. This Balinese-style 5-bedroom waterfront villa spans almost 9,000 square feet across three levels of elegant indoor and outdoor living spaces with sweeping panoramic views of The Ritz-Carlton Golf Course, as well as calm canal views.
Your property manager will help to set up a Ritz-Carlton Resort Account upon arrival. Our guests will have access to all of the services the Ritz-Carlton offers, as well as restaurant, cabana, spa, and tennis or golf reservations. The Ritz-Carlton also has a kids' camp.
The resort features large shared pools, however, your private infinity pool will be enjoyed more by family and friends. A poolside BBQ and multiple sundecks add to your quiet enjoyment. Popular with our guests is a private stingray sandbar charter with pick-up and drop-off at the villa.
You will find 4 bedrooms in the main villa plus one bedroom in the detached guest cottage. There are three luxurious ensuites in the main house, including an oversized shared bathroom on the lower level connecting two guest bedrooms. There's also a powder room on the main level.
Your service fee includes 2 hours of light housekeeping on Mon/Wed/Fri, excluding holidays, to be arranged with the property manager. Additional 3-hour blocks of cleaning can be purchased after booking.
Sleeping Arrangements

- Primary Suite: spans the entire upper level, king bed, walkout access to a private balcony, hidden console television, private study and home office, vaulted ceilings, ensuite with dual vanity, soaking bathtub, separate shower with rainfall element, plus an outdoor privacy shower.
- Guest Suite: lower level, king bed, walk-out access to the pool deck, ensuite with dual vanity, separate shower, and soaking bathtub.
- Guest Bedroom #1: lower level, king bed, walk-out access to the pool deck, shares a large bathroom equipped with dual vanities, soaking bathtub, separate shower, and an outdoor shower.
- Guest Bedroom #2: lower level, two queen beds, television, shares a large bathroom equipped with dual vanities, soaking bathtub, separate shower, plus an outdoor shower.
- Cottage Suite: detached from the main villa, private entry, king bed, television, ensuite with dual vanity, and shower with rainfall element.
Equipped with a gourmet kitchen, gas range, and ample dining space, you will find this home a great place to host a private chef dinner for those special moments with loved ones.
One complimentary golf cart is provided during your stay for easy transportation around the Resort.

Located on Seven Mile Beach, The Ritz Carlton offers a quintessentially perfect, white-sand barefoot beach, with an exquisite pool, and beachfront cabanas (fee required) on the west side of the resort.
The Deckhouse Villas, ballrooms, spa, multiple restaurants, hotel rooms, kids camp, outdoor pools, plus golf and tennis facilities are located on the east side of the resort; connected by a pedestrian bridge from one side to the other.
Deckhouse #1 offers guests one free golf cart (a 6-person cart) for use during their stay.

Rate Details
- 13% Occupancy Tax added to all rates.
- 12.90% Concierge & Service Fee added.
- 3.50% Admin Fee added to all guest charges.
Booking Rules
- 5 night minimum stay is required.
- 7 nights minimum required over Christmas and New Year's week.
- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
- Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
- Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire rental period.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
Light 2-hr housekeeping is provided each Mon/Wed/Fri . Additional 3-hour housekeeping blocks available for purchase at US$150/3hr block.
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
