Most wonderful island vacation EVER
Most wonderful island vacation EVER! White Dahlia sits directly on the bioluminescent bay, must see the glowing water from your kayaks. House is clean, large, has everything. Far from 7-mile beach and the tourist chaos, but drivable to Georgetown for more dining and night life. Easy to walk to the public beach, great food, delicious cocktails, snorkeling at Rum Point for the sea turtles and sea stars. Very safe neighborhood, everyone is so nice. Walk across the street down the sandy path to the larger bay and tide pools, or kayak there! I recommend renting a car if staying on the North or East End. Cayman Caves was fun and gives a small history lesson of that part of the island. Tukka East has great tacos and daily bird feedings at 5:00 which attracts fish and sharks. Really cool! White Dahlia was the perfect house for the eight of us and we will definitely be back soon!!

A week in paradise
Our family absolutely loved staying at white dahlia!! Every bedroom had its own bathroom, the kitchen is amazing and has everything you need. Our children loved the pool and hot tub and you even have your own private beach!! We had an amazing time !!

Perfect House for Small, Multi-Gen Fam
This was a perfect house for small, multi-gen family with young child. Very clean, neat, with recent updated everything. Great big pool, kiddie pool and hot-tub. Everyone loved it. Nice, well tended area on Rum point, walk to beaches. The dock made boating convenient and easy. Definitely get the kayaks to paddle around, especially at night on the luminescent waters!

Great house?
White Dahlia is a beautiful home!It is in pristine condition. Our family loved the location on the bioflorescent bay and enjoyed ?the show? from either a paddleboard or kayak. The kitchen had everything you would need and then some. The pool is amazing with its flexibility. You can swim laps, relax in the shallow water part (ideal for young children) or appreciate the view from a great hot tub!Our family absolutely enjoyed their stay!

The White Dahlia is Perfect!
For our family of 10, the setup was perfect! Every bedroom has it?s own bathroom. The villa is absolutely amazing as is the huge pool and fabulous hot tub. All with your very own dock on the bioluminescent bay! At first, we weren?t sure if we could swim in there. But it was very clear, warm, shallow & fine for swimming. We rented 2 kayaks and 2 SUP?s (paddleboards); perfect for our group. Even the 8 & 10 year olds used the SUP?s in the bio bay, super safe and easy. A few nights were cloudy enough to see the glowing plankton when you touch the water! Amazing! The private dock is fantastic. Hop on your kayak or SUP and you can paddle to Rum Point in 20 min or walk to Rum Point in 5 min. Or walk across the street from White Dahlia to the ocean. The beach there isn?t perfect but if you turn right and walk along the water for 5 min, you can take a short swim out to a sandbar in the ocean where the water is turquoise & crystal clear. Your own personal Stingray City! The entire Rum Point area is very upscale and we felt very safe there. Some good restaurants are close by. We walked to Rum Point Solis restaurant a few times, enjoyed the Kaibo Beach BBQ & walked to Kaibo coffee shop, super cute. We drove about 20 min to La Casita Mexican, fabulous and such nice people. We did not try Juno at Rum Point, or Upstairs at Kaibo (both walking distance). We also didn?t take the short drive to Tukka or Over the Edge Caf? We took the ferry from Rum Point to 7 mile beach. About $25 rt per person. Instead of a 45 min drive, it was only a 20 min boat ride. We ate at Agua in Camana Bay that night, near the ferry. They gave us a private room for 10 which was perfect. We rented a van and visited a bunch of different beaches and snorkeled at some great spots. Chartered a boat through GC Villas for Stingray City which was wonderful and they picked us up on our dock. White Dahlia is amazing, you will have a fabulous vacation there!

Fantastic Property for Families!
White Dahlia is a fantastic property for families! The pool and layout were ideal for our party of 9 and Rum Point is the quiet oasis we were looking for. The Silver Thatch crew was awesome and super responsive, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an ideal beach vacation

House Was Like New!
The visit was great - the house was like new -the latest electronic-all the bedrooms were large -excellent closet and bathroom lighting and spacious - we had groceries delivered the first day- large inviting porch over looking the spacious pool and hot pool-excellent Resturant within 30 minutes or less -location of house was very private away from Georgetown where most of the tourist and island population were- a small and adequate sand beach located at waters edge - a very nice pier available that local tour guides could pick your group up for tours like swimming with the stingrays -

AMAZING - 10/10 Recommend!!!
This house was PERFECT. everything about the home is stunning. There are so many features of the home which makes it feel so luxurious. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and wading pool every single day sun up past sun down! The views of bioluminescent bay at night was so fun to watch. The home provided kayaks that we used almost every day and a few nights to enjoy the bay. We will stay here again - we were so very sad to leave the home and can?t wait until our next stay!

Wonderful
Our stay at White Dahlia was exactly what we had hoped for in a trip to the Caymans. The space was clean and ample for our party of six, with three of the four rooms overlooking the bay. The view from the back door was honestly one of the best parts of the stay. Each morning we were greeted by a beautiful sunrise over the bay, and each evening we strolled across the street to the ocean for sunset. The wildlife was fun for the kids, as we saw a stingray, fish, and several sea stars between the two waterfronts.. The pool/hot tub combo was crucial for extending the fun outside, and there was thoughtful seating poolside and on the beach below. The kids especially loved the bioluminescent bay being right at our doorstep. It\'s such a wonder. Though the drive to the Seven Mile Beach area of Grand Cayman was sometimes fraught with traffic, we never regretted our stay on the north side. It was a wonderfully quiet and peaceful place to unwind.

Absolutely Amazing!
White Dahlia is absolutely amazing!!! It was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 young children. The house has a very open layout which provided the perfect mix of space for the kids to play and the adults to relax and visit. The leather couch is SO comfortable!! The kitchen is designed to accomodate large families with 2 dishwashers, extra large fridge, 4 pull out drawers for additional cold storage and large wine fridge. The bedrooms are arranged to provide a lot of privacy. Each room has its own private bathroom and sliding glass door to the pool deck. We spent countless hours of unforgettable family fun and relaxation in the 3 pools which are absolutely beautiful and well designed to accomodate swimmers of all ages. There is also a little private beach behind the pools - perfect for beach games or treasure hunts for the kids. The bay behind the house has bioluminescent plankton which glow at night when you stir the water - so cool! The staff at SilverThatch were so friendly and accomodated our every need. We ate at Kiabo (beach seating), Tukkas (Taco special on Tuesday), Eagle Ray\'s (Lionfish tacos), Macabuka (gorgeous ocean views), and Tillies (on SMB - best beach day ever!). We went to Starfish Point, Botanical Gardens (Blue Iguanas), Turtle Center, and Dolphin Discovery. We grocery shopped at Fosters Countryside in Savannah and bought our liquor at Jacques with the 10% discount from SilverThatch. We rented our cars from Marshalls. We hired Heather Holt to take family photos on Cemetary Beach - she was very flexible with our schedule / location and worked hard for the challenging shots with our kids! Overall, it was an absolutely perfect family vacation and we hope to make it back again!

5 Star Rental! We will be back
White Dahlia is an incredible house. It is the best rental we have ever stayed in. Booking was easy, it was clean and comfortable. Plenty of seating in the house, around the pool and the private beach. The kitchen was amazingly well appointed with plates, cups (plastic for around the pool and glass). Cookware was in great shape, induction cook top, two dishwashers, multiple refrigerators and freezers as well as a wine fridge and warming drawer. Everything you would expect in a high end home for multiple couples/families. The layout of the home is great for young or old and the high speed internet and netflix was greatly appreciated. Silver thatch helped us book excursions as well as rent water equipment. I also loved no carpet - kept it feeling clean. The location on the bioluminescent bay was amazing as well as the point across the street. This side of the island is our favorite. We can\'t wait to come back! This is place is a slice of heaven on earth
This place is amazing. This is our second visit to White Dahlia, and I’m not sure I’d want to stay anywhere else. The pool and spa are incredible. The house is beautiful, and very tastefully decorated. There are also a lot of practical amenities like extra power outlets everywhere, two dishwashers, wine fridge, etc…. The service from everyone at silver thatch was incredible.

Wonderful family gathering
White Dahlia was the perfect place to bring our 2 families children and grandkids together! The house is open but lends itself to great spots for gathering, chatting, playing and enjoying fun in the sun. Wonderful memories will be remembered by all! Thelda was great - we had an issue with the air conditioning as well as the hot tub but one call and she had both fixed and working pronto! This was a 3rd trip to the Caymans and while Covid has had some sad impacts (Rum Point was not open while we were there but word is they are hoping to open later this year) there were some great new finds (Chicken Chicken is now open in Savanah!). The Caymans are a special place and once again, Grand Cayman Villas and White Dahlia made our time very special! Already looking forward to our next visit!!!

Beautiful villa
We stayed at White Dahlia from 2/29/2020 to 3/7/2020. The home is better than the pictures! The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked for family dinners. And the location, near Rum Point, was quiet but close to some good restaurants (Tukka being our number one). The pool and hot tub were well maintained and the place was spotless.One of the benefits was being picked up for an afternoon of boating with Captain Joe right at the private dock. Highly recommended. The ferry to Camana Bay is 5 minutes away at Kaibo for an afternoon of shopping. But best of all was the service we received from the folks at Grand Cayman Villas. Jim, Scott and Didi were exceptionally helpful and very considerate of our groups\' needs. We thank them all. And Thelda, the property manager, was very nice and prompt in taking care of everything. It was a great week and we will be back!

4 Couples Retreat!
We spent 5 nights in this house and would definitely recommend it! My husband and I went to Grand Cayman with 3 other couples so having attached bathrooms in each room was key. The house is located in quiet Rum Point, which is a safe and beautiful area. It\'s a short walk to the public beach area / bar / restaurant where you can book excursions too. The house is clean, modern and well stocked with everything you\'ll need. The hot tub and pool were great and it was nice to be right on the beach. The location is about an hour drive to the 7 mile beach area, which we did drive to 1 day. It was fun and beautiful but much busier and we liked Rum Point area better. This is a great vacation spot for adults or families.

Outstanding Villa
We stayed in this paradise for a week in January to get out of the cold and snow, and we never left the property. The pictures on the site do not even do it justice. The house was amazing, the outdoor area even more so. There was only 4 of us, so we had plenty of room and definitely could have brought along more than a few friends! The kitchen is completely stocked...with anything and everything you could need. We had one small issue, and the owners immediately handled it no problem. We hope to be fortunate enough to come back to this paradise....Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful villa.

Beautiful Home. Great Location
We rented White Dahlia for a week in August. The home is brand new and extremely comfortable. The owner left nothing out when building. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. One child slept in the pullout queen in the den and had his own full bathroom (bonus). The living area was wide open and we enjoyed quality time there and around the pool deck. The pool is really pretty and refreshing. Paddleboardiign on the water was fantastioc and recommended. The barefoot beach across the street was one of the primary reasons we picked White Dahlia - and we were not disappointed with the beach there! Walks to Rum Point daily, sometimes 2-3 times even.Favorite activities - paddleboarding, Rum Point lunches/dinner, Kaibo Marina, starfish point, Over the Edge rustic local restaurant, Crystal Caves tour, Tukka restaurant. The best was the charter with Jo at Silver Thatch Watersports out to the stingray sandbar. I have never laughed so hard in my life - truly memorable and recommended.Guest services staff - Leah and Peyton - were helpful and followed up with us as well.There was construction next door - we were notified in advance and even offered to move. Glad we did not - the construction was a non-event, no distraction or noise at all...Highly recommend White Dahlia.

HIGHLIGHT OF OUR TRIP
Thank you to Grand Cayman Villas and Condos for allowing us to stay at such an amazing place! We were a little hesitant in booking because of the Silver Thatch additional fees, but it was well worth it. Not only was the house up to date on all the major amenities and tech, but we we had kayaks and paddle boards at the house once we arrived (at N/C). We were also able to rent snorkeling gear for 10 people, and coolers (at N/C). Once we got to the island, we realized that alone saved us $30-$65/per item/per day. They also gave us a discount card that worked at most of the restaurants and bars. This helped tremendously in making up for the US/CI exchange rate. We knew it was going to be a little more expensive, but it was definitely a shocker with the additional cost of being imported. I digress... The house was amazing. Penny, our leasing agent, replied to every text and phone call immediately. We had one issue with the WIFI connection, but it was fixed first thing Monday morning. (That would probably be the only complaint, because the guys in our group were part of the Fantasy Football Draft that started that week). Otherwise, we were happy to be on the quieter side of the island. We were able to grill, swim, kayak the Bioluminescent Bay (for free), and just enjoy the company of our friends. I highly recommend staying at White Dahlia.

Wonderful
We couldnt have asked for more! The villa was gorgeous. The pool was huge and had plenty of pool toys that had been left by previous guests. The storage in the kitchen is incredible! A giant refrigerator, a wine fridge and 2 refrigerator drawers?! We never had a warm drink! The only minor glitches (if even worth mentioning) were with the motorized blinds but being fixed as we arrived. The beach across the street is incredible and no one was ever there. White Dahlia was all we expected it to be and more. Thanks Penni and team! We will be back!

Beautiful Villa
White Dahlia is a new property with very modern decor. The owners put a lot of thought in anticipating their guests needs. Water views front and back. Front view will be lost when available lot is sold across the street. Ongoing construction next door but noise is muffled inside. Only obvious when relaxing outside. Appreciated en suite bathrooms for all guests. Large pool, kiddie pool and hot tub. Could not ask for more. Car a must if you plan to explore Seven Mile Beach area and West Bay. Check out Pure Art and Beach Bubbles for local crafts and products. All of my guests enjoyed their stay and I was fortunate to spend a month enjoying White Dahlia. Reservation process, check in, check out all seamless.

Out of this world!!!
What a stunning home, in a perfect location. Pool, hot tub, pool side bbq, hammock... this home has everything for a perfect vacation. House was immaculate when we checked in, Penni was great, knew every answer to every question! Beds super comfy, lots of towels etc. Kitchen is a cooks dream... we did great family dinners. Beautiful New Home
Wonderful new home. New everything.The pool is huge. We spent afternoons at the pool and mornings and lunch at Rum Point.Each bedroom is nicely decorated and plenty roomy.The open living are is the focal point along with the massive pool deck.Silver Thatch charter is a must to for everyone, young and old. Joe was great fun!

Wonderful New Home
We had a wonderful stay at this new home. Construction had just been completed prior to our stay, but for the most part, everything was wonderful. The location is fantastic - short walk to Rum Point, nice private dock, view, barefoot swimming across the street.The guest services team was responsive and professional. The amenities from Silver Thatch were nice. The booking process and communication was seamless.We would recommend White Dahlia to other guests.

White Dahlia is Beautiful
Thank you White Dahlia staff! We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. We loved the Rum Point and Kaibo area. Especially liked Starfish Point and Silver Thatch Charters for a trip to the Stingrays! Everyone needs to do that!!! The house is new, as is everything inside and out. The beds were all comfy and the furniture as well. The kitchen was well stocked. The inside is surprisingly large and spacious. The pool deck is large and nice seating there as well. The beach across the street is amazing!We were sad to leave, but we will be back and likely stay here again.

New Years on Grand Cayman
New Years! No better spot to celebrate than Grand Cayman. And no better home than this place. The home had everything we needed and then some. We cooked in a few nights, but mostly went to Rum Point and Kaibo and Tukka. Days were spent at Rum Point and afternoons at the home. The pool is quite large and enjoyable. The deck is large. Plenty of room for our family of 8.Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with renters like us. We will be back!

Rate Details
- 13% Occupancy tax added to all rates.
- 12.90% Villa Concierge & Service Fee added to all rates.
- A Departure Cleaning Fee is required for all stays.
- Spa heat is included by owner.
Booking Rules
- 5 nights minimum stay required.
- 6 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Thanksgiving week.
- 7 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Christmas and New Year's week.
- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
- Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
- Must be 25 years or older to lease and must occupy the property during the entire rental period.
Villa Cleaning & Sanitation
All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
